ＷＨＯ（世界保健機関）が新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大について「国際的に懸念される公衆衛生上の緊急事態」を宣言したことを受け、本シンポジウムのゲスト、アミナタ・ドゥラマネ・トラオレ氏の来日が中止となりました。
これに伴い、シンポジウム当日は、マリ共和国とインターネットにて生中継し、トラオレ氏の講演およびウスビ・サコ（京都精華大学・学長）との対談を行います。アフリカの文化政策について語られる貴重な機会です。ぜひご来場ください。

As the new corona-virus has been declared a Global Emergency “PHEIC: Public Health Emergency of International Concern” by the World Health Organization[WHO], our guest speaker, Aminata Dramane TRAORE is unable to travel to Japan.
The symposium “The Impact of Globalization on African Cultural Policy and Art Management” will be Live Broadcasting as scheduled on February 11th, between Bamako (Mali) and Kyoto (Japan) in the venue at Kyoto Seika University.
